This section starts on page 37 and spans over 60 information-packed pages that include a 4 step plan and 13 natural cures for your infection, most of which you’ll probably already have in your house.
  • There’s also a a small section towards the end of the book that looks at how to deal with other types of yeast infections i.e. fingernails, mouth and throat and internal yeast infections. I’d say this was useful but only if you suffer specifically from these types of infections.

An excellent package. It’s to the point (100 pages is plenty) but at the same time it’s also comprehensive.

The 4 bounses are the icing on the cake and could probably be sold on their own. There should be at least one or two of them that everyone will get some use out of.
